EMOM 5:00 3 bar MU, 7 STO #110 Axel Shoulders are smoked! Had a couple misses. Only went triple 2x - BMUs were a mess! Rest 4:00 EMOM 5:00 6 HSPU, 10 box jump over/step down 24" Ugly kiping HSPU...need to push my head through! then: 3 sets row 500m 1:39 rest 3:00. Awful!
