 Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1 @ 41x1 270-275-280-285-290(video)

Then 5 rounds for time
5 deadlifts #275 (all unbroken)
10 burpees

Finished in 3:10

5 minute rest then

1/2 Isabel
15 snatches #135

Finished in 1:11 (5-3-2-1-1-1-1-1)
