Behind-the-neck shoulder press, 5-5-5, 21X1; 2:00 rest 105-115-120...weak! + 4 sets for even times: 5 wall walks 20 kettlebell swings, 53 20 Assault Bike calories 60 double-unders 3:00 walk rest 2:56 3:01 3:01 3:17... @assaultairbike and messy DUs killed me this set + 3 sets: :30 hollow rock, low back pressed into ground throughout - 1 ok, 2 messy/broke :30 front leaning rest on ground :60 rest #CrossFit #crossfitmasters
