Alternating DB rows from plank position, 3 x 8-12 total (4-6/side); 2:00 rest 60-70-70 + 9:00 @ 70-80% effort: 1 strict(-ish) muscle-up 3 wall walks 9 squat snatch singles, 115 2 + 5....mess...RMU were tough!
