Finished off the workout with some time in the classic #AirDyne! Thanks again to @oharecrossfit for letting me drop-in and train! Monday: A. Rear-foot elevated split squat, 3 x 4-6/side (start w/R leg, match reps w/L leg), 30X0; :90 between sides #55-#70-#70(4) B1. DB bench press (both arms), 10-10-10, 20X1; :60 rest All at #55 B2. 1-arm DB row, 3 x 7-10/arm, 21X0 :30 between arms, :60 rest All at #70 C. DB external rotations, 3 x 6/side, 30X0; :60 between sides - #15(still can't handle #20 on the right) D. Front leaning rest on rings, 3 x :60 accumulation; :60 rest 10:00 AirDyne @ Z1 - 103 calories #CrossFit #CrossfitMasters #rttg16
