Wednesday! 5 rounds easy: 30 Assault Bike calories(300ish watts) 500m row(1:52ish pace) 5 wall walks :20 L-hang from bar accumulation (better, but still tough and a slightly ugly L) + 15:00 mobility work of choice - worked on the shoulders and hips, and rolled the IT band. @cincybengals1 @MWill_1 hit some Odd Object Conditioning this AM! #crossfit #crossfitmasters #rtg16
