B) 5 sets for even times, switch movement order each set 500m row 40 double-unders 30m bear hug med ball carry 2:00 rest Right at 2:50 each set, closer to 3 of the row was in the middle C) For time 50 row calories @ 95% - hard but even effort w/no drop-off within the work period 1:54...1500-1600 cal/hour...26 cal in 1:00 close to it in second... #crossfit #crossfitmasters
