Tuesday...that was mentally tough... A) 1 snatch-grip deadlift + 1 snatch pull 5 x 1 @ 220; :10 between movements, begin a set every 2:00 - get solid B) 10 sets 500m row @ 1:45.0-1:45.9/500m 2:00 walk rest (5:00 rest between sets 5 & 6) Most @ 1:45.0, W/ a 1:45.1 and a 1:45.3...heart rate slightly ticked upward... #crossfit #crossfitmasters
