Thursday: felt off this morning... 03.17 A. Thruster, build quickly to a moderate/tough triple, then add just a bit more for moderate/tough single - total struggle...#185 + 3:00 @ 90%: 9 handstand push-ups 9 Assault Bike calories 2+12...UB on HSPU...didn't cycle very quickly though + 5:00 rest + For time @ 90%: 30 row calories 30 box step-up/step-downs, 24 30 wall balls, 20 to 10(UB) 3:58 + 5:00 rest + For time @ 97% 15 row calories 15 box step-up/step-downs, 24 15 wall balls 1:50 + 10:00 mobility work of choice #crossfit #crossfitmasters #crosfitopen2016
