Did some bodyweight work.

 EMOM 30 
Odd 15 calories AirDyne (35ish seconds)
Even 1 Muscle - 2 HSPU - 4 Alt Pistols (35ish seconds)

Easing back into things. Pistols are still a huge weakness! Need to cycle those HSPU quicker.
