A. Thruster. Build to a heavy single in 15 minutes.


Worked up to #195 today, these felt pretty good.



B. Weighted dips. Build quickly to a tough triple

I was able to hit #88 for a triple today, this one was tough!


















C. 12 minutes EMOM
Evens: 3 Squat clean Thursters 135/95
Odd: 10 TTB


These felt pretty good, especially the later round of the squat clean thrusters. I was able to stay unbroken on the TTB, I'm posting the video fro feedback as I'm sure this movement will be coming up in the Open!

4:30 walk-rest


Some fine airdyning this morning, and it never gets any easier! I was able to hold most of the interval into the 600 wattage range!
