Wednesday! @worked up to a triple deadlift at #325, back was feeling a bit tweaky so I kept it light. Then AMRAP 8 @ 90% 10 Deadlifts @ #205 10 Burpee box jump overs (24") Finished 4 rounds and 3 reps, felt slow on these today. Back didn't want to cooperate. #crossfit #CrossfitMasters #open15 @dwoot61 @jtate59
