Saturday! 05.07 A. 1 power snatch + 1 hang power snatch, build quickly to a moderate set...these were sloppy. Hit #155 then missed #165 and shut it down B. Single-leg KB straight-leg deadlift 2 x 12-15/leg light, 21X1; :90 between legs #35...tough C. Close-grip bench press, 5-5-5 moderate, 21X1; 2:00 rest #185...struggled with the tempo... + 3 sets: 3 deficit handstand push-ups (hands on plates so palms are flat), 2-3" deficit 30 double-unders :60 rest 3 deficit handstand push-ups 20-30m med ball carry :60 rest Each part was just under :30 and all unbroken... #CrossFit #crossfitmasters nice work this morning @rondel_spires
