Monday! 05.23 A. Front squat, 3-3-3-3, 40X1; 3:00 rest 225-245-250-250 B. Squat clean, build quickly to a tough single for the day 225...didn't feel like I had much pop after those squats... C. Weighted strict ring pull-ups w/false grip, 2-2-2, 21X1; 2:00 rest 25-35-35 + 20 rounds for time: 1 bar muscle-up 5 wall balls, 20 to 10’ 8:06... + 3 sets not for time: 8-10/side light DB external rotation, 30X0 - 15 :30 front leaning rest on rings #CrossFit #crossfitmasters
