A) 3 rounds not for time 10m double DB overhead walking lunge, light (35) 10 strict pull-ups B) 3 touch-and-go squat clean + 2 hang squat clean + 1 front squat 3 sets all moderate/tough; 3:00 rest hit 195...missed the 2nd hang of 205...lost the grip!
