Tuesday! A) 1 snatch-grip deadlift + 1 snatch pull 6 x 1 @ 215; :10 between movements, begin a set every 2:00 - felt fairly solid B) Freestanding handstand hold and walk 10:00 practice - felt a bit better today C) 8 sets 500m row @ 1:45.0-1:45.9/500m 2:00 walk rest (5:00 rest between sets 4 & 5) 4 @ 1:45.0 & 4 @ 1:45.1...round 6 was the toughest! #crossfit #crossfitmasters
