B. Squat clean, 10 x 1 starting moderate and building a bit from there; begin a rep every :60 185(2) and hung out at 205(8)...
C. Weighted strict ring pull-ups w/false grip, 3 x 2-3, 21X1; 2:00 rest 15-20-20...hands keep slipping out of false grip...
