Wednesday: 09.16 10 sets: :60 Assault Bike @ 350-400 watts :60 Assault Bike easy Held between 372-409, totaled 223 calories, usually around 3 in the easy piece + 10:00 handstand walk practice - getting better, definitely seeing some unbalanced parts when I'm inverted. + 10:00 mobility work: worked barefoot bottom of squat holds, supported holds, goblet pieces. Also worked in shoulder, Lars, and thoracic rotations #crossfit #crossfitmasters #cfmasters #rtg16
