A. Snatch technique work: 1 Snatch + 1 drop snatch.
Worked up to #115 on this, couldn't lock out #125 on the drop. My right shoulder was a bit tweaky, felt like I ran into a wall on that side.
B. HBBS: work to a max at a 31X1 -
hit #340 (PR) felt good, couldn't stand the #345 up. I think if I was feeling a bit better, I could hit #350
Then:
5 rounds: 30 UB wallballs, 3 rope climbs; rest 4:00
Round 1 - 1:32
Round 2 - 1:29
Round 3 - 1:25
Round 4 - 1:32
Round 5 - 1:32
Felt solid, did burn my finger on the next to last rope climb, first time ever...
Then:
10:00 Z1 on the bike.
